The Gordon Fraser Charitable Trust’s Paper Conservation Fund aims to help accredited museums in Scotland, in particular small and medium-sized independent ones, to work with conservators to undertake projects that conserve their collections of works on paper.  Projects can be treatment, surveys, training courses and skills development workshops.
 
The fund awards £6,500 a year in two rounds, and aims to support up to 6 projects a year. Please note that while most awards will cover a percentage of the project cost, the Trust aims to support one training day each year which will be fully funded.

The deadlines for applications are on 31 May and 30 November each year for consideration in the following July and January.
